You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, champion innovative tactics, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy to accelerate patient access and brand uptake. The position requires a track record of launching oncology brands, deep market knowledge, and leadership of teams

Qualifications

• Launching two or more oncology brands.
• University degree required; MBA/MSc/PhD preferred.
• Bilingual English/French strongly preferred.
• 10+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, including 5+ years in marketing, oncology.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent launches and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team and drive strategic direction for the solid tumor portfolio.
• Develop integrated brand plans grounded in oncology landscape and patient pathways.
• Lead cross-functional planning for pre- and post-NOC activities across launches.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Pricing & Reimbursement to align with HTA submissions.
• Manage brand budget and P&L; engage with thought leaders to build partnerships.
• Coach and mentor the marketing team and drive capability improvements.
