Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Manufacturing Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA, to lead end-to-end product lifecycle from introduction to decline. The role is hybrid, requiring an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office, and involves managing a SCO team across countries to optimize quality, cost, delivery and risk.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with PLM, Engineering and other functions, while mentoring the team and reporting progress to executives.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of NPI process, gates and PLM.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions with available data.
• Strong influencing and relationship management with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects from scope to delivery across multiple sites.
• Coordinate supply chain and manufacturing requirements to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery with quality.
• Mentor and manage a cross-functional project team (>20 people) across countries.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and report status to partners and leadership.
