Qualifikationen

• CPA, CMA, or CFA designation and/or a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience across plant accounting, cost accounting, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or another large manufacturing ERP, along with advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee plant accounting, inventory management, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Partner with manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, and plant leadership to drive financial visibility and decision-making.
• Lead CapEx tracking, fixed assets, and capital planning with a focus on manufacturing investments.
• Develop into a people-leadership role as manufacturing operations scale.
