Doncasters Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive productivity and transformational improvements across Groton and Mexicali, focusing on expanding and transferring work content. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve automation, quality, and workflow while maintaining safety and cost targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing plant experience with proven improvements.
Willingness to travel up to 75%, including to Mexicali and Groton.
Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office.
Knowledge of Lean/CI tools and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

Drive productivity and operational improvements across Groton and Mexicali.
Lead expansion and transfer of work content between sites.
Champion automation, quality, and TPM initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams; coach and influence stakeholders.
Plan and execute CapEx projects and plant transformation roadmap.
