Job summary

Doncasters, a specialist manufacturer of precision cast components for aerospace and industrial engines, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a hybrid role based in Phoenix with travel to Mexicali and Groton.

You will lead productivity improvements, manage cross-plant initiatives, and drive automation while ensuring safety and quality across facilities. Strong problem solving, leadership, and Lean/CI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing plant with proven ops improvements.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including Mexicali and Groton.

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity and operatio nal improvements across Groton and Mexicali.
• Drive Lean/CI initiatives and 5S, TPM.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage plant transformation roadmap.
• Support CapEx planning and vendor engagements.
