Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including report writing and publication/presentation of results.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Word, Project, PowerPoint and Excel in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct all activities for full implementation of project goals and objectives.
• Ensure activities align with project objectives and can meet them.
• Ensure projects meet targets, budgets, and timelines with reporting and evaluation.
• Develop, complete, and finalize all deliverables within timeline with Site Management Team support.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, local/state authorities, equipment suppliers and site management.
• Coordinate, participate, facilitate and take minutes at Project Steering Committee meetings.
• Prepare information and documentation for project implementation.
• Maintain effective ongoing communication with all involved parties.
• Monitor project progress continually.
• Conduct orderly evaluation of the project.
• Update General Manager and Steering Committee on progress.
