Job summary

Grainger is seeking Account Managers to drive sales growth across a defined geography with 30-35 active accounts and annual revenue of $2–$3.5M per client. You will use Grainger’s CRM (Salesforce) daily and report to the District Sales Manager of Manufacturing.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of outside sales, and travel at least monthly. You will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and expanding the customer base while executing Grainger’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning.
• Travel required to each customer within aligned market at least once per month.
• Process discipline and pipeline development to grow market revenue.
• Ability to uncover customer objections and determine solutions.
