Job summary

Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) is seeking a Manager, Business and PX Platforms to lead enterprise platforms across Finance, HR, and learning functions. The role ensures data integrity, governance, and scalable solutions while partnering with Finance, PX, IT, and business stakeholders.

You will oversee platform delivery, reporting, and modernization initiatives, while coaching a team of platform specialists and driving user adoption and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting or leading enterprise PX or Business applications.
• 3+ years in a people management or leadership role.
• Progressive experience with enterprise business apps, HRIS, ERP, finance, or related platforms.
• Experience leading people, projects, platform delivery, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with systems analysis, solution design, testing, reporting, integrations, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned business and PX platforms, including configuration, data, integrations, reporting, access, upgrades, and support.
• Establish and maintain standards for security, access controls, data integrity, system controls, testing, and change management.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex platform, integration, reporting, and data issues.
• Lead intake, prioritization, testing, deployment, and adoption of enhancements, patches, upgrades, and new capabilities.
• Translate requirements with stakeholders into scalable solutions and collaborate across Finance, PX, IT, and business units.
• Drive process improvement through automation, workflow optimization, and reporting modernization.
• Own data quality, governance, and cross-platform reporting solutions including executive dashboards.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, and support hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
• Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships, including licensing, renewals, and performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, contract management, cost optimization, and platform roadmap planning.
• Evaluate new technologies aligned with ASI's strategy.
