Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Data Analytics, Accounting, Management, Geography (GIS), or related field.
• Three years of experience in management analysis, operational performance evaluation, GIS, enterprise system administration, or related.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews and analyses of operations, fiscal affairs, and organizational structure for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance management frameworks aligned with goals.
• Develop measurements and evaluation strategies; create process flow charts for programs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities; prepare dashboards for decision-making.
• Assist in developing the Department's annual work plan and operating budget.
• Serve as the primary system administrator for FASTER, CityWorks, and related software; oversee upgrades and user training.
