Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Microsoft M365 Trainer in Washington, DC. The role involves developing and delivering training across Microsoft 365 and related enterprise apps, coordinating with IT and stakeholders to identify needs, and creating curricula and learning materials for in-person and remote sessions.

The position requires 6–10 years of trainer experience, strong communication, and ability to adapt to diverse audiences. Hybrid work arrangement and W2 benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years as a Microsoft M365 applications and services trainer.
• Proven corporate IT training experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
• Design comprehensive curriculum for Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
• Develop training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual classes, including department-specific and 1:1 sessions.
• Customize content for different learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and simulations to reinforce learning.
• Offer ongoing support during and after sessions.
• Implement assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and track progress.
• Gather participant feedback and iterate materials and delivery methods.
• Maintain records of sessions and prepare management reports.
• Stay current on updates to Microsoft 365 and pursue relevant certifications.
