Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of M&A experience in Consulting, Advisory, Investment Banking, or Corp. Dev.
• Heavy modeling experience and expert proficiency with Excel.
• Advanced working knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Strategically Partner with management team to find potential M&A targets
• Assist Finance VP with developing and tracking operational KPI's
• Help maintain post-merger integration playbook
