Job summary

DC Advisory is an international investment bank providing M&A, capital raising and financial advisory services across the US, Europe and Asia. As an Associate, you will support day-to-day deal processes and build financial models, draft pitches, and participate in client presentations while mentoring Analysts.

You will work in a hybrid setup with four on-site days in Washington, DC and remote on Fridays. A 2–5 year M&A background and strong academics are desirable, with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record.
• 2–5 years post-undergraduate M&A investment banking experience.
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong financial understanding and financial modeling skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day M&A, capital raising and advisory deals.
• Create financial models and draft pitches and marketing materials.
• Participate in client presentations and training; monitor work quality of Analysts.
• Collaborate with deal teams to drive transactions and client outcomes.
