Job summary

DC Advisory in New York seeks an Associate to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes. You will build financial models, draft pitch books, participate in client presentations, and help analysts with training and quality control.

This role offers a hybrid arrangement (four days on-site, Friday optional remote) and a path to learn core investment banking skills in a global team with extensive deal experience across sectors.

Requirements

The Role

As an Associate on the team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, participating in client presentations and training and managing Analysts. You will be a role model to our Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. Our Associates possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure. You will be expected to play a critical role on transaction teams and make a difference for our clients. Working Arrangement

• Please note this position will operate in a hybrid capacity with four days on-site in our office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home on Fridays
