Job summary

DC Advisory in New York seeks an Associate to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes. You will build financial models, draft pitch books, participate in client presentations, and help analysts with training and quality control.

This role offers a hybrid arrangement (four days on-site, Friday optional remote) and a path to learn core investment banking skills in a global team with extensive deal experience across sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong academic performance required.
• Experience in investment banking or related finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create financial models for M&A and capital-raising deals.
• Draft pitch books and marketing materials.
• Participate in client presentations and deal processes.
• Train and mentor Analysts; monitor work quality.
• Support senior bankers on transaction teams and add value to client work.
