Job summary

Aspen Hospitality is seeking a Reservation Agent to provide timely and accurate responses to guest inquiries for Limelight and The Little Nell properties. You will be part of a team reporting to the Assistant Director of Reservations.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to multitask, and professional presentation; two-year college degree preferred and prior hotel reservation experience; base pay $22/hour plus commission, with responsibilities across calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree preferred.
• Previous hotel reservation experience preferred, phone sales a plus.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound guest calls with product knowledge and service standards.
• Qualify callers to understand lodging preferences.
• Close bookings or capture contact information for follow-up.
• Send confirmation emails for completed reservations.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
