MOLLIE Aspen in Aspen, CO is seeking a Reservations Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest service and manage inquiries, deposits, and dinner reservations. You will work with the Reservations and Front Office teams to optimize bookings, respond to guest questions, and support luxury hospitality operations.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality/guest service experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Hospitality/Guest Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to learn and adapt to different software programs.
• Annual and Season Bonus Opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Convert reservation inquiries for MOLLIE Aspen.
• Assist with room reservations, guest arrivals, and room assignments.
• Support direct booking initiatives from reservations and front desk perspectives.
• Audit future reservations for accuracy and guest requests.
• Provide coverage for Reservations team on weekends.
