Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A in New York is seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead press strategy, celebrity initiatives, and media relationships for the US market. You will work with the Director of PR & Communications, North America to execute communications and drive earned media across the brand.

The role demands 5+ years in luxury fashion PR, strong relationships with editors and influencers, and proficiency with industry tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PR experience in high-end fashion or luxury goods.
• Proven media relations and press management skills.
• Strong network with fashion editors, stylists, and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver the communication strategy across the brand, including press, celebrity, influencer engagement, and PR activations.
• Oversee agency deliverables, reports, and weekly progress.
• Manage editorial targets and media placements per HQ directives.
• Draft regional press releases for initiatives and VIP dressing moments.
• Circulate press materials and credit coverage across channels.
• Develop PR plans for brand activations and launches.
• Meet outlets, stylists, celebrities, and influencers for brand experiences.
• Support VIP dressing requests in collaboration with the Celebrity Manager.
• Supervise fashion show prep, guest lists, fittings, and travel logistics.
• Maintain press and stylist databases and distribution strategies.
• Track editorial coverage and opportunities; update tracking records.
• Propose new media initiatives and brand partnerships.
• Coordinate PR samples and MOV tracking with retail teams.
• Coordinate events and gifting for campaigns, store openings, and launches.
