Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or related fields, proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and process seasonal changes including pricing updates.
• Coordinate EDI and non-EDI orders with wholesale teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Communicate shipment delays and update customers on delivery timelines.
• Support inventory transfers between Wholesale and Retail channels as needed.
• Assist in dispute resolution for chargebacks and process improvements.
