Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Concierge Services Coordinator to manage and enhance the guest experience at a luxury establishment in Paarl. You will fulfill guest requests, provide recommendations, and coordinate services to ensure a seamless stay, while upholding the venue's reputation in the Western Cape.

The role is based on a hybrid schedule, requiring excellent communication and a proactive, guest-centric approach in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concierge or hospitality roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Paarl area including attractions, dining and transport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Arrange reservations for dining, transport, tours, and entertainment.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions and activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain logs of guest preferences for future visits.
• Keep the concierge desk well-organized with current information.
