Placements24 is seeking a Guest Relations Manager for a premier establishment in George, Western Cape. You will be the primary contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and issue resolution, ensuring exceptional service throughout every stay.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence and remote administration, with responsibilities spanning team training, guest loyalty initiatives, and collaboration with departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in guest relations or a similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and service standards.
• Experience with hotel management systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, addressing their needs and special requests promptly.
• Train and manage the guest relations team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and effectively to ensure a positive outcome.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, implementing improvements based on findings.
