Qualifications

• Active LPN license in IA or eligible for reciprocity.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical care experience.

• Coordinate, implement, monitor and evaluate patient care within scope of license.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per policies and procedures.
• In-office role with potential hybrid option after orientation.
