Job summary

Water Desk, a division of Bottleless Nation, seeks a skilled TeamDesk Administrator/low-code developer for a hybrid role in Indianapolis, IN. You will implement and optimize a low-code system, design queries/reports, create workflows, and support data migration and integrations, while delivering user-friendly solutions for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in business administration or computer science, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with APIs, ERP/CRM

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration or computer science is required.
• Experience with TeamDesk or similar low-code relational databases is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and ETL processes is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and improve the low-code system.
• Create and update documentation for new products and features.
• Design queries and reports.
• Design and create workflow triggers and actions.
• Meet deadlines within an Agile framework.
• Develop and enhance the UI experience.
• Manage support questions from customers.
• Assist with migrating data from other systems.
• Develop features to help customers track data.
• Assist in proactive process improvement and automation.
• Integrate the low-code system with other systems.
