Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist to provide expert technical support for supply chain solutions, focusing on optimization, processes, and resource use.

The role aims to achieve cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through effective administration of solutions and collaboration with vendors, clients, and internal teams across the value chain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures the necessary processes and systems exist for the buying team to execute daily activities.
• Ensures the flow of materials, products, services and information.
• Engages with vendors and clients and intervenes when queries are escalated.
• Participates in delivering advanced components of the process and resolves problems.
• Ensures processes are in place to maintain continuous client satisfaction.
• Participates in pre-sales processes to grow the portfolio.
• Collaborates to design best client solutions and develop procedures for commercial supply chain projects.
• Works on strategic projects to identify risks and drive solutions.
• Assists with other tasks as requested by management.
