Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning & Execution to lead IBP, S&OP, and inventory health across the Supply Chain Operations. You will connect planning, sourcing, production, logistics, and finance to close process gaps and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive governance, implement improvements, and mentor teams while aligning priorities with business needs. The role supports a hybrid work model in multiple U.S. locations, including Boston and Marlborough.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations management or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain Operations improvements and governance.
• Oversee IBP, S&OP, and near-term execution processes.
• Manage Inventory Health, Production Planning, CWOM and related activities.
• Provide leadership oversight for Supply Chain execution and governance.
• Develop and maintain the operational excellence roadmap and benefits realization.
