Helen of Troy is seeking a Director of Integrated Supply Chain Planning & Execution to lead global supply chain governance, IBP and S&OE processes, and cross-functional optimization across multiple sites. The role drives near-term and long-term objectives, aligning planning, inventory, production, and logistics with business priorities.

The position requires senior leadership, 8+ years in supply chain, and a US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and/or S&OP process management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
• Inventory management and working capital optimization.
• Ability to travel domestically as required up 30-40%.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain Operations initiatives and governance.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead operational improvement opportunities across Supply Chain Operations.
• Develop and maintain the Supply Chain Operations roadmap for excellence.
• Lead initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and sustainment.
• Establish project governance, KPIs, and benefits realization plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders and resources to support initiative delivery.
• Lead execution and continuous improvement of IBP and S&OE processes.
• Prepare executive summaries, recommendations, and decision requirements.
• Monitor short-term demand, supply, inventory, and service performance.
• Escalate execution risks and ensure alignment with longer-term planning.
