Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking an Operations and Logistics Specialist to blend data analysis with logistics operations. This hybrid role is based at our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL, with in-office days Tue/Thu.

You will generate KPI reports, maintain ISO/process documentation for the International Planning Group, and support reports using Excel, OBI, and Oracle, becoming the SME for logistics processes and liaising with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in Logistics/Exports/Supply Chain.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Extremely organized with customer service, analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Oracle ERP and OBI systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and communicate KPIs by logging incidents and reporting metrics.
• Create/maintain ISO and process documentation for International Planning/Transportation.
• Create/maintain reports using Excel, OBI and Oracle.
