Job summary

Trescal is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Specialist to support our Atlanta operations and Airbus Resident Professional activities in Mobile, AL. This hybrid role blends customer service, logistics coordination, shipping and receiving, and administrative support to keep customers updated and equipment moving efficiently through calibration processes.

The position is based primarily in our Atlanta laboratory with occasional travel to Airbus in Mobile, AL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries.
• Provide equipment status updates and support service-related communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Coordinate shipping solutions for unique customer requirements and packaging needs.
• Create shipping labels and documentation using carrier systems.
• Manage shipping claims and communicate updates to customers.
• Assist with inventory-related activities and maintain records.
