Job summary

Alps Alpine NA, Inc. seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage freight quotations, carrier evaluations, and documentation for domestic and international shipments. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Planning, Warehousing, and Finance to support VE/VA initiatives and budget oversight.

The candidate will ensure adherence to quality systems (TISAX, TS16949, IATF) and maintain effective cross-department relationships. A bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade and Customs with four years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree in Logistics/Trade Compliance with five+ years of experience.
• High School Diploma with ten years of experience in Logistics/Trade Compliance.
• Certified Customs Specialist or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request and obtain freight quotations from carriers and logistics providers.
• Review compliance with transportation regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain logistics records and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Support budget preparation and reporting for logistics activities.
