Job summary

King’s Hawaiian Bakery West, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Analyst to support the Logistics department in fulfilling customer demands.

You will interact with Sales, Customer Experience, Planning, and Shipping, manage the Transportation Management System, and coordinate with carriers and third‑party warehouses to optimize on‑time delivery. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of logistics or related experience; proficiency with SAP or ERP systems and e2open is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required; Logistics, Business, Applied Mathematics, Finance, or Computer Science preferred.
At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics or customer service required.

Responsibilities

Provide daily communication with carriers to ensure loads enter appointments and meet scheduled times.
Run reports in the Transportation Management System and monitor emails to identify and escalate orders that miss pickups or deliveries.
Create the weekly shipping schedule by collaborating with planning and shipping teams to align with production runs and pickup times.
Assist the Logistics Analyst with day‑to‑day Transportation Management System activities to ensure loads are tendered and reports are run.
Assist with day‑to‑day activities for international orders when the Export Logistics Specialist is unavailable.
Perform other duties as required within the scope of the role.
