Job summary

King’s Hawaiian is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support our Logistics department by executing processes to meet customer demands. The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Experience, Planning, and Shipping, and may interact with carriers and third-party warehouses.

You will learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, with occasional leader guidance and independent routine decisions within scope. A Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in logistics or customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with carriers to ensure appointments and on-time delivery.
• Run and monitor Transportation Management System reports and flag at-risk orders.
• Create weekly shipping schedule aligning with production and pickup times.
• Support day-to-day TMS activities to ensure loads are tendered and carriers paid.
• Assist with international orders when Export Logistics Specialist is unavailable.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the role as needed.
