Alter Domus in Chicago seeks a Banking Loan Operations professional to communicate with counterparties and support settlement of loan syndications, CLOs, restructures, privates, and trade claims. You will liaise on KYC and documentation and maintain related records to ensure controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 2+ years in bank loan agency or syndication or investment management operations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel, Bloomberg, and lending tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the bank loan market to communicate with counterparties.
• Support settlement of loan syndications, CLOs, restructures, privates, and trade claims.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolios and documents to ensure controls and guidelines.
• Liaise with Administrative Agents on KYC documentation and tax/fund docs.
• Maintain loan documentation incl. amendments/restructures and voting requirements.
• Interact with internal/external counterparts (PMs, Attorneys, Compliance, Finance, Tech, Custodians).
• Investigate and resolve closing and transactional issues and communicate timely.
• Review daily/weekly reports to highlight trade status and risk.
• Work in a dynamic team and participate in strategic initiatives.
