Job summary

You will perform clerical tasks, maintain files, follow up on issues, and ensure accurate imaging and record-keeping for branches, customers, and loan operations. Key duties include processing mail, reviewing signatures, imaging titles and insurance info, and auditing collateral.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clerical or banking experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work rotating Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Opens, reviews and disburses daily mail and courier items to the appropriate employees.
• Reviews documentation for appropriate signatures and completeness.
• Images documentation and maintains organized files in the vault.
• Assists in obtaining updated insurance information or verifying coverage.
• Collaborates with loan officers to resolve documentation issues.
• Provides guidance on proper submission of documents to loan support staff.
