Job summary

Windsor Advantage is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate in the Charleston area to manage the servicing lifecycle for Government Guaranteed Loans, coordinate lender relationships, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation. The role emphasizes customer service, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with off-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with off-site team members.
• Experience with SBA/USDA product offerings preferred.
• Experience with closing documents and closing requirements preferred.
• Experience with SBA/USDA, government guaranteed lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing lifecycle from funding through payoff.
• Provide borrowers with billing notices and amortization schedules.
• Prepare loan payoff letters and notices in SBA portals.
• Review and reconcile loan documents and statements monthly.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and reporting.
