Job summary

Harris Beach Murtha is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to work with attorneys, IT, and vendors to ensure defensible data handling and efficient eDiscovery workflows. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments and external partners in a hybrid or remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years in litigation support or eDiscovery, with experience in Relativity, LAW, and SQL, plus strong analytical and client-service skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with SQL, LAW, and Relativity (preferred).
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities; excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collections from email, network shares, cloud repositories, and local devices.
• Maintain defensible preservation practices with custodians, data sources, and chain of custody.
• Process client data for ingestion into Relativity or LAW PreDiscovery; manage workspaces and permissions.
• Troubleshoot processing errors and support document review teams with searches and data organization.
• Assist analytics workflows, including keyword searching, filtering, and deduplication.
