Job summary

McGuireWoods LLP is seeking a Practice Support Analyst to assist litigation teams with electronic discovery, digital evidence analysis, and technology solutions for case preparation and discovery requests.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on delivering excellent client service, with experience in litigation support and familiarity with Relativity and related tools. Hybrid remote work is available along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in litigation support or legal technology.
• Experience with LAW PreDiscovery, Nuix, and Relativity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, high-quality technology support to attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Communicate proactively and identify opportunities to improve client service.
• Support litigation and trial preparation, including electronic exhibits and trial room setup.
• Manage electronic discovery processing, production, and quality control.
• Create and maintain case databases, manage user access, and assist with document review, searches, and reporting.
• Assess client needs and recommend effective, cost-efficient technology solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and troubleshoot litigation technology solutions.
• Coordinate technology resources for trials and other client events.
• Promote automation tools that improve litigation support and case management.
• Deliver hands-on and group training on litigation support software and technology.
• Stay current on litigation technology, including Relativity and trial presentation tools.
