Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of litigation support, eDiscovery, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with SQL, Relativity, and LAW PreDiscovery is preferred.
• Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle from collection to archiving.
• Coordinate data collections from email, network shares, cloud, and local devices.
• Maintain defensible preservation practices and chain of custody.
• Process client data for ingestion into Relativity or LAW PreDiscovery.
• Load and manage Relativity workspaces, including permissions and layouts.
• Troubleshoot processing errors and manage ingestion workflows.
• Support document review teams with batching, searches, and data organization.
• Assist with analytics workflows, keyword searches, and deduplication as applicable.
• Provide technical support to attorneys and review teams during active cycles.
• Prepare document productions and metadata deliverables; communicate timelines.
