Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation legal secretary experience preferred.

• Experience supporting attorneys through trial preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, format, and proofread litigation materials.
• File documents with California State and Federal Courts.
• Manage attorney calendars and coordinate court appearances.
