The position is hybrid with in‑office collaboration and downtime management to ensure client service excellence. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, and 10+ years of experience in complex litigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Certified Paralegal a plus.
• 10+ years as a litigation paralegal in a law firm.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation from onset through post-trial.
• Manage organization and handling of documents and case materials.
• Support discovery process: depositions, written discovery, expert discovery.
• Oversee document reviews and productions; track progress and results.
• Prepare witness interviews, summaries, and technical coding tools.
