Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years paralegal experience preferred in CA personal injury or construction defect cases.
• Experience drafting discovery, pleadings, and status reports.
• Familiarity with online databases and PACER/CM-ECF is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, prepare, and interpret complex legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Direct workflow on cases and manage case files for filing with courts and agencies.
• Conduct eDiscovery tasks and document productions; review production databases.
• Draft summaries of discovery responses and materials for hearings and depositions.
• Prepare materials for court hearings, depositions, and trial-related activities.
• Attend client meetings and conferencing calls with attorneys; support billing entries.
