Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Denver seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated environmental and complex civil litigation practice. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 remote day per week). Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm and trial preparation expertise, with strengths in organization and eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or iPro.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience supporting environmental or complex civil litigation matters.
• Trial preparation experience required; actual trial experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bluebook citation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings and other documents in state and federal courts.
• Manage case files and maintain litigation calendars and deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare exhibits, witness binders, and trial materials for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Coordinate with court reporters, process servers, experts, and other parties.
• Assist with eDiscovery matters and management of electronically stored information.
• Prepare medical chronologies and case summaries.
• Cite check and format legal documents, including Bluebook citations.
• Support attorneys through trial preparation and attendance when needed.
• Organize and maintain large volumes of case documents and records.
