Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Denver office. This full-time role supports attorneys in a sophisticated litigation practice focused on environmental, public lands, natural resources, energy, and other complex civil matters.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 remote day per week. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with eDiscovery platforms such as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters.
• Trial preparation experience is required; actual trial experience is a plus.
• Experience preparing medical chronologies is highly preferred.
• Bluebook citation experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or iPro is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings and other documents in state and federal courts.
• Manage case files and maintain litigation calendars and deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare exhibits, witness binders, and trial materials for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Coordinate with court reporters, process servers, expert witnesses, and other third parties.
• Assist with eDiscovery matters and management of electronically stored information.
• Prepare medical chronologies and case summaries.
• Cite check and format legal documents, including Bluebook citations when applicable.
• Support attorneys through trial preparation and, when needed, trial attendance.
• Organize and maintain large volumes of case documents and records.
