Job summary

Tyson & Mendes in Dallas is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support civil litigation and insurance defense matters, handling document prep, calendar deadlines, and trial preparations.

You will coordinate hearings, file documents in state and federal courts, and assist with case management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in litigation support, insurance defense, and strong MS Office skills. On-site 1–2 days weekly at Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant.
• Insurance defense experience is required.
• Personal injury experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of civil litigation (state and federal calendar deadlines and rules).
• Experience with state and federal court filings in Texas.
• Ability to work in office 1-2 days a week at Irving, TX.
