Job summary

Jobot is seeking an attorney for a civil litigation practice in Arizona. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 remote days and a competitive compensation package with strong bonus potential.

The attorney will manage a civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, and participate in hearings and negotiations. Arizona Bar admission and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar admission in good standing.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical abilities, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines.
• Experience with high-volume civil litigation is preferred.
• Insurance defense and/or family law exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Handle discovery management, including written discovery and document review.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and litigation strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression and client service.
