Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; admission to NY and/or PA is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
• Prior trial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
• Commitment to professional excellence and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle client matters with a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
• Practice in areas including family law, general liability, automobile liability, construction law, employment law, public entity defense, and transactional matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and correspondence.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings (if applicable).
• Maintain effective client communication and provide updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
