• Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of professional liability defense litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and assist with strategy.
• Manage discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial prep.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate across offices and practice groups.
• Provide proactive case management and client updates.
