Job summary

Foley & Mansfield PLLP in New York is seeking a Hybrid Litigation Attorney to join our general litigation team. The role is regular full-time in New York, with a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 annually.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in general liability, products liability, or toxic torts, and must be admitted to New York. NJ and PA admissions are a bonus. The position is hybrid, though mostly remote, and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

We have an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join our general litigation team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in the areas of general liability, products liability, and/or toxic torts. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and work well with others in a team-oriented environment. The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions and preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must. New York admission required. New Jersey and Pennsylvania admission is a bonus. This position ishybrid, though mostly remote.
