Job summary

Foley & Mansfield PLLP in New York is seeking a Hybrid Litigation Attorney to join our general litigation team. The role is regular full-time in New York, with a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 annually.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in general liability, products liability, or toxic torts, and must be admitted to New York. NJ and PA admissions are a bonus. The position is hybrid, though mostly remote, and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in general liability, products liability, and/or toxic torts.
• Must be self-starter, able to multi-task, strong communication skills, and work well in a team-oriented environment.
• New York admission required; New Jersey and Pennsylvania admissions are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing for trial.
• Produce effective advocacy and coordinate with the litigation team to achieve favorable outcomes.
