Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of litigation experience, with focus on insurance defense.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal documents.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present information persuasively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies and present evidence.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, mortgages, and leases.
• Advise clients on business transactions, liability, and legal rights.
