Job summary
Keystone Distinction Group in Miami, FL is seeking a junior-level Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Coverage Litigation to join its Insurance Coverage Practice Group. The role focuses on handling complex coverage disputes for domestic and international insurers, including CGL, property, E&O, and D&O matters, with opportunities for hands-on client interaction.

Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academics.
- Law Review and/or Honors required.
- Active Florida bar admission in good standing.
- 2 years of substantive litigation experience in insurance coverage.
- Experience analyzing complex insurance policies.
- Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations.
- Experience drafting litigation documents and participating in depositions/mediations.
- Strong research and writing skills; detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
- Provide clear, actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
- Review document collections in preparation for litigation.
- Communicate with domestic and international insurers.
- Collaborate with partners and teams to advance case objectives.
