Qualifications

JD from ABA‑accredited law school with excellent academic record.
Law Review and/or Honors required.
Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
2 years of substantive litigation experience focused on insurance coverage.
Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and providing clear coverage recommendations.
Drafting litigation documents and participating in depositions/mediations.

Responsibilities

Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation.
Engage in direct communication with domestic and international insurers.
Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives with efficiency and precision.
